Hi everyone! I'm looking for a friendly and easy-going Monday-to-Friday flatmate to share my beautiful 4-room period apartment in Zurich's District 3, just a few minutes' walk from Lochergut. The available room is unfurnished , approximately 20 m² , and comes with its own private balcony . In addition to your bedroom, there are two more rooms of around 20 m² each that we can share. They are perfect as a home office, reading room, or simply as additional living space. The apartment is located in one of Zurich's most vibrant neighbourhoods. Cafés, bars, restaurants, supermarkets, and shops are all just around the corner, while public transport connections are excellent. The apartment also comes with a washing machine and everything you need for a comfortable stay. About me I'm 44 years old , work as a Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM) therapist , and currently live here on my own. I grew up in Zurich and love this cityespecially during the summer. If you're looking for recommendations on great places in Zurich or beautiful destinations around Switzerland, I'd be happy to share my favourites. One of my biggest passions outside of work is food. I love cooking, discovering new restaurants, and enjoying great meals. During the warmer months, I usually spend my weekends outdoors, especially in Ticino , one of my favourite places in Switzerland. I'm looking for a relaxed, respectful, and easy-going flatmate. As I'm specifically looking for someone who stays Monday to Friday , this room is ideal for professionals who work in Zurich during the week and return home on weekends.
