In a single-family home in the Winterthurer Vogelsang quarter, a beautiful shared room will be available immediately or by arrangement. We are looking for a roommate, ideally between mid-twenties and late thirties, who enjoys a relaxed and independent shared living experience. The free room is located on the ground floor with a size of approximately 20 m². The apartment in general offers a lot of space and a pleasant living atmosphere: - spacious living and dining area with a beautiful fireplace - separate, spacious kitchen - large garden with seating area - garage available - 3 bathrooms (2x shower/WC, 1x bath/WC) - laundry room with washing machine and dryer In total, there will be four of us living in the house: On the upper floor, there are two already occupied bedrooms, on the ground floor the free room. We are: Oli (37), gastronomy manager, passionate concertgoer. Alex (35), IT consultant, music lover, often out in the nightlife, likes to cook. Joe (31), German teacher, plays bass, drums, and guitar and occasionally gets lost in mosh pits. We live in a communal shared apartment with heart, where it's about togetherness in living together. We want a feeling of home and acceptance. Location: The apartment is centrally and yet quietly located, ideal for people who appreciate the proximity to the city. In direct proximity to Winterthur's main station and a bus stop almost in front of the door, you can reach all of Winterthur very comfortably. Additionally, the quarter is very traffic-calmed and a beautiful, large park is located directly on the other side of the street. If you like to be in nature, you only need 5 minutes to get to the forest. Important to mention: Since we are an animal-loving shared apartment and already have two cats, we cannot accommodate any other pets. The rent is exclusive of additional costs.
