Hi, I’m Tijmen, 31 years old, and I’ve been living in Lucerne for seven years. I’m originally from the Netherlands and speak Dutch, English, German and Swiss German. I moved into this apartment in May last year and really enjoyed the space and calm it gave me over the past year. Now I’m looking for a new flatmate again. I’m looking for someone (M) from **August 2026**, ideally until **the end of December 2026 or January 2027**. After that, I’m planning to travel through Europe by bike for around a year. During that time, it might be possible for you to take over the whole apartment but I will come back;) It’s maybe not the most standard living situation, but it could be a great option for someone who wants to live in Lucerne for a few months first and potentially take over the apartment for a longer period afterwards. I have my own start-up, which allows me to work from anywhere. At the moment, I often work from home or from the library/university. I also travel to the Netherlands regularly for work, as my company helps Dutch and Belgian physiotherapists move to Switzerland. I’m looking for an English- or German-speaking flatmate, ideally between **25 and 35 years old (M)**, who has experience living in shared flats and appreciates a calm, relaxed home. A bit about me: I’m sporty, I enjoy running, road cycling, going to the gym two to three times a week, and cooking healthy food. Sleep is important to me, so I usually go to bed around 10:00 / 10:30 pm and wake up around 7:00 am. The apartment has two bedrooms, a separate living room, a separate kitchen, a bathroom and two balconie, one at the front and one at the back. There is also a shared garden behind the house, which can be used by everyone in the building, although in practice I’m the only one who really uses it. If you have a similar lifestyle, or you can imagine living with someone who does, feel free to get in touch. It would be nice to meet for a coffee or beer and get to know each other. \------ Hoi, ich bin Tijmen, 31 Jahre alt und wohne seit sieben Jahren in Luzern. Ursprünglich komme ich aus den Niederlanden und spreche Niederländisch, Englisch, Deutsch und Schweizerdeutsch. Seit Mai letzten Jahres wohne ich in dieser Wohnung. Im vergangenen Jahr habe ich die Ruhe und den Platz hier sehr genossen, nun würde ich die Wohnung aber gerne wieder mit einer WG-Person teilen. Ich suche ab **August 2026** eine Mitbewohner (M), idealerweise bis **Ende Dezember 2026 oder Januar 2027**. Danach plane ich voraussichtlich für etwa ein Jahr mit dem Fahrrad durch Europa zu reisen. In dieser Zeit wäre es eventuell möglich, dass du die ganze Wohnung übernimmst oder dir selbst eine/n neue/n Mitbewohner/in suchst. Es ist also vielleicht keine ganz klassische WG-Situation, aber genau deshalb vielleicht interessant für jemanden, der erstmal für ein paar Monate in Luzern wohnen möchte und sich danach eventuell vorstellen kann, die Wohnung längerfristig zu übernehmen. Ich habe ein eigenes Start-up und kann dadurch ortsunabhängig arbeiten. Aktuell arbeite ich oft von zu Hause aus oder in der Bibliothek bzw. an der Uni. Beruflich bin ich auch regelmässig in den Niederlanden unterwegs, da wir niederländische und belgische Physiotherapeut:innen in die Schweiz vermitteln. Ich suche eine englisch- oder deutschsprachige Person, idealerweise zwischen **25 und 35 Jahren (M)**, die bereits WG-Erfahrung hat und ein eher ruhiges, entspanntes Zuhause schätzt. Zu mir: Ich bin sportlich, gehe gerne laufen, fahre Rennrad, gehe zwei- bis dreimal pro Woche ins Fitness und koche gerne gesund. Schlaf ist mir wichtig, deshalb gehe ich meistens gegen 22:00 / 22:30 Uhr ins Bett und stehe morgens gegen 07:00 Uhr auf. Die Wohnung hat zwei Schlafzimmer, ein separates Wohnzimmer, eine separate Küche, ein Badezimmer sowie zwei Balkone, einen vorne und einen hinten. Hinter dem Haus gibt es zudem einen Garten, der von allen Parteien genutzt werden darf, praktisch aber hauptsächlich von mir genutzt wird. Falls du einen ähnlichen Lebensstil hast oder dir vorstellen kannst, mit jemandem zusammenzuwohnen, der so lebt, melde dich gerne. Dann können wir uns bei einem Kaffee oder Bier kennenlernen.
