From September 1st, a 11.5m² room will be available in our 3-person shared flat. The room is unfurnished and costs CHF 500.- per month, excluding additional costs (electricity, heating, internet, etc.). The apartment: Our apartment is located in St. Gallen in the Lachen district and is only 2 minutes away from the Vonwil stop. The apartment is on the 4th floor, has 5 rooms, a kitchen with a washing machine and dishwasher, two bathrooms, and a rooftop terrace. Within a 5-minute walk, there is a Coop gas station and a Denner. We (Philip, 26 years old, and Elena, 28 years old) are looking for: You are ideally between 23-30 years old, reliable, tidy, and uncomplicated. Whether you're a student or working, what's important is that you fit in well with our shared flat :) Interested?
