Room for sublet

Welcome to our unique home. The house is over 120 years old and a real gem. The garden and the covered lounge offer many different cozy corners that invite you to linger and relax. The garden, besides our unique house, is the real jewel. Summer and winter can be experienced and used here. One of our 3 bedrooms we would like to offer for subletting for rather shorter stays, no long-term shared flat situation. Bathroom, kitchen, and toilets are shared. Superbly located in the Mittelland region and the highway exit is 1.7 km away. You can reach Solothurn in 12 minutes, Bern, for example, at the fair, in 23 minutes. It's simply super suitable for people who want to take a break, fitters, weekend stayers, trade fair visitors and exhibitors, people arriving in Switzerland or transitioning from one apartment to another. We are Sandro, 43, Swiss, and Daniela, 48, German. A dog can be brought along, but cats cannot live with us. The room costs 45 CHF per day. 550 CHF includes utilities, WiFi, and parking for normal use and 1 person/month. We look forward to your message with your arrival and stay details.
