Room for sublet

Welcome to our unique home. The house is over 120 years old and a real one-of-a-kind. The garden and the covered lounge offer many different cozy corners that invite you to linger and relax. The garden, besides our unique house, is the real gem. It can be enjoyed and used in summer and winter. One of our 3 bedrooms we would like to offer for subletting for rather shorter stays, no long-term shared apartment situation. Bathroom, kitchen, and toilets are shared. Superbly located in the Mittelland region and the highway entrance is 1.7 km away. You can reach Solothurn in 12 minutes, Bern, e.g., at the fair, in 23 minutes. It's simply super suitable for people who want to take a break, fitters, weekend stayers, fair visitors and exhibitors, people arriving in Switzerland or during the transition from one apartment to another. A dog can be brought along, unfortunately, cats cannot live with us. The room costs 45 CHF per day. 550 CHF includes utilities, WiFi, and parking for normal use and 1 person/month.
