We are a young family with our 2-year-old son and are looking for the top floor of our spacious house for one or two uncomplicated people who feel comfortable in a family environment. Approx. 100 m² living space on its own floor - Bright, large living room - Two separate rooms - Spacious entrance hall - Own kitchen - Bathroom with shower and toilet Access via the shared staircase A special highlight is the over 1400 m² large garden, ideal for relaxing, grilling or, if you enjoy it, also for gardening. We wish for an open, uncomplicated person (or two people) who appreciates independent living, but also occasionally enjoys exchange and togetherness. We, Alex, Nadine, our son, and our cat Gimli, are looking forward to getting to know you.
