The rental agreement is limited until November 30, 2026, due to a previously announced termination by the landlord. Rental period: 01.09.2026–30.11.2026 Rent: CHF 2,150.– per month including all ancillary costs, garage, and additional parking space Equipment 4.5 rooms on the 3rd floor Quiet three-party house Own washing machine and dryer in the apartment Basement and attic Garage with connection for electric cars Additional parking space The apartment can be taken over directly in its current state from September 1. The details of the takeover will be coordinated with the landlord. The limited rental period is ideal as a transitional solution, for example, between two apartments, during a professional stay in the region, or in case of temporary housing needs. For the application, the usual documents including a current debt collection register extract are required.
