The charming apartment with old town flair has one room, a large terrace with a view of the greenery (and the Münster) and is correspondingly very quiet (not street-side). It is located in the sweet Mattenquartier. When you come out of the front door, you are directly on the Aare (: Since I currently live in Berlin, I am offering my wonderful retreat in the Matte for subletting and with a high probability of possible takeover.
